We are so certain that you will be thoroughly delighted with the valuable information that you will receive that we offer this guarantee: After attending the first two days of the Academy, if you are not 100% pleased with the information and value you have received, we will return your tuition in full. All course materials and bonuses included in your registration must be returned in salable condition or the retail price of materials will be deducted from your refund.
Change Policy
In the event that your circumstances change and you are not able to attend The NoteBuyer's Academy that you selected, you won’t lose the special discounts that you received on your tuition! Simply contact us by phone or email at least 7 days prior to your original scheduled Academy, and we’ll change your registration to a future Academy, regardless of the future price. As upcoming Academies are scheduled, we’ll contact you by email to see if you’re ready.
If you do not give us written notice at least 7 days prior to your original scheduled Academy, you will be charged a $ 500 change fee to offset food guarantees and other expenses incurred by the company as a result of reserving your seat.
30-Day Refund Policy
You may cancel your registration completely by sending written notice to 11177 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241 or emailing cindy@thenotebuyer.com within 30 days of your purchase. Provided you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the event, we will refund your tuition, less $500 to offset expenses, commissions, and guarantees associated with your registration. If you do not give at least 7 days prior written notice, your tuition will be refunded less $1000 to offset the above items plus the cost of food, which we have guaranteed to the host facility.
Any course materials or bonuses you received in connection with your registration must be returned in salable condition within 30 days of purchase. If you do not return these materials, their retail value will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made by check and processed within 14 days of receiving proper written notice.
